Delete account

Your Utluma account (signed in with Google or email) and the data associated with it, except what is listed under 'Data that stays' below, can be deleted at your request. In-app account deletion is being prepared; until it is available, use the path below.

Steps

1. Send an email from the address you use to sign in to Utluma to admin@utluma.com with the subject "Delete account". Delete account
2. We reply to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
3. Once confirmed, the account and its data are deleted, and you receive a closing email.

Data that is deleted

• Sign-in account (Firebase Authentication) and profile: display name, profile photo, WhatsApp number if provided.
• All your Public Shares along with their audio files on the server.
• Your leaderboard scores and multiplayer room history.
• Reports you submitted about other shares (anonymized, not deleted, so moderation stays consistent).
• Your profile mirror in our database.

Data that stays

• Data on your device (recordings, bookmarks, progress, settings) is not touched by account deletion; delete it from within the app or by uninstalling it.
• Moderation audit records that do not contain your identity.

Deadline

Deletion is completed within 30 days at most after the request is confirmed.

Just want to delete recordings or local data?

No need to delete your account. Recordings can be deleted one by one from within the app; Public Shares can be withdrawn from your profile page.
